I’m happy to see older people that are still playing and walking in the park. Older people who are travelling and enjoying the remaining days of their lives fruitfully.

I admired them, and I thought to myself they must have a secret. Or maybe they were eating lots of vegetable when they were younger. And that they were good kids before who listens to their parents.

I often see a poster on medicenters about 100 ways to live to 100.

I think this tips can help us live longer and enjoy all the days of our lives.
